so, lots of ways, I mean everyone responds differently, everyone is different, just because a woman orgasms once doesn’t mean she’s fully satisfied, or done, so some orgasms may seem ‘smaller’ than others, but from my experience with my friends and my own, it’s usually 

  • moaning has no rhythm to whats happening 
  • toes aren’t curled
